Lake Elsinore: Warrant service by special enforcement yields narcotics arrest

A warrant service by the Murrieta Special Enforcement Team detectives found the drugs psilocybin and cocaine in the possession of juveniles this week.

“On April 7, 2016 at approximately 12 p.m., Murrieta Special Enforcement Team detectives served a search warrant on the 34000 block of Otay Way in the City of Lake Elsinore related to an ongoing narcotics sales investigation,” Murrieta Police Sergeant Mark Reid said in his report.

During the warrant service, detectives contacted the juvenile suspect and recovered psilocybin and cocaine from the location in question.

“The juvenile was arrested and booked for psilocybin sales and possession of cocaine,” Sgt. Reid said.
